The City received an application for an Administrative Subdivision to realign the common boundary between Lots 7 and 8, Block 1 Windsorwood (addressed as 8901 178th Ave and 17731 Vicuna St, respectively). New drainage and utility easements are proposed along the realigned common boundary line as well as along the southern boundary of Lot 8, Block 1 Windsorwood, in accordance with City Code. City Council must formally accept these easements by way of adopting the attached Resolution. The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed easements and has no objections.
All costs associated with this request are the Applicant's responsibility.
Staff recommends adopting Resolution #17-10-248 accepting the drainage and utility easements.
